RETURNS INFORMATION

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please return the item/s within 14 days of the item/s being delivered to you with a completed returns note to the PO Box address below.

We aim to issue and refunds within 14 working days of us receiving the item/s back.

In the event that you have requested an exchange of an item that is now out of stock, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note, the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, so ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return and be sure to pack your parcel securely so it can't get damaged.

All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and will have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
